Our client is a highly regarded progressive organisation at the forefront of digital innovation and transformation. To support its strategic growth and organisational transformation agenda, it is seeking a dynamic and forward-looking Learning & Leadership Development professional to join its Human Resources division.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for designing and delivering structured leadership development and learning programmes aligned to organisational priorities. You will adopt a programmatic approach to developing innovative, scalable learning solutions that strengthen leadership capabilities and drive meaningful behavioural change. A key focus will be on curriculum design, developing and enhancing flagship leadership programmes and learning journeys, as well as hands-on facilitation of workshops and moderation of leadership discussions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and external learning partners to ensure effective programme delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

You are degree-qualified with a demonstrated track record in leadership development, curriculum design and programme delivery. Experience designing and implementing structured learning solutions within learning academies or corporate universities is highly preferred. You bring strong instructional design expertise, with a sound understanding of adult learning principles and experience developing curricula and learning pathways for different leadership levels. You are an accomplished facilitator and moderator, comfortable engaging senior leaders and diverse audiences. Strong programme management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential.
