岗位职责
Construction and Contract Administration
Coordinate construction documentation, contractual submissions and approval processes.
Review project requirements and construction programmes to support effective site execution.
Monitor construction progress, costs and quality against contractual obligations and project objectives.
Coordinate project meetings, track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
Evaluate subcontractors' performance and ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate site inspections and monitor compliance with applicable regulatory and legislative requirements.
Project Completion and Defects Management
Review construction defects, outstanding works and variations against approved plans and drawings.
Coordinate rectification works and verify the closure of outstanding items.
Monitor testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems and equipment meet project specifications.
Compile and review technical records, operation and maintenance documents, and handover submissions.
Coordinate project handover and closure activities in accordance with regulatory and maintenance requirements.
Monitor defects during the defects liability period and coordinate corrective actions with relevant parties.
Safety, Sustainability and Risk Management
Monitor compliance with WSH requirements and established site safety procedures.
Conduct safety inspections and maintain relevant accident and incident records.
Support environmental sustainability and green building initiatives.
Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Evaluate new construction technologies and process improvements to enhance project delivery.
