Job Summary

To manage and support the Entopia Discovery Pass programme while assisting in ticketing operations when required. The officer is responsible for ensuring accurate information delivery, smooth verification and ticket processing, efficient handling of EDP and single entry tickets and excellent guest experience. The role also involves monitoring pass usage, handling customer enquiries, supporting operational and promotional initiatives related to the EDP and ticketing services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers who have purchased the EDP online
• Provide a clear and accurate information on activation rules, validity period, benefit and usage
• Guide customers on how to use the pass after purchase (activation, entry process, and benefit and usage)
• Handle EDP & other ticketing enquiries via counter and email
• Ensure a smooth and efficient ticketing process at the point of sales (POS ) for both EDP and Single entry ticket
• Support any related EDP & ticketing task assigned from time to time
• Promote the EDP to walk in visitor and potential members
• Explain the benefits clearly to encourage pass purchases
• Support promotional campaign, roadshow or membership drives when required.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to improve sales performance
• Report any system issues or discrepancies to the section head immediately
• Ensure accuracy of customer and pass holder information
• Ensure all pass terms and condition are strictly followed
• Prevent misuse or incorrect activation of passes
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information all the times

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
