Management Trainee – Retail Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with daily outlet operations, including customer service, cashiering and stock replenishment.
• Assist with receiving goods, checking stock quantities and arranging products.
• Monitor product freshness, expiry dates, labelling and stock rotation.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organised displays and service standards.
• Support the outlet manager in coordinating daily tasks and teamwork.
• Assist with stock counts, basic reporting and operational improvements.
• Learn company procedures and gradually take on greater responsibilities.
