Location: EQ Plaza, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Malaysian Citizens Only
Basic Salary: RM 3,500 + Allowances
Working Schedule: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Eligibility Criteria

Education & Experience:

• Degree holders – Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Diploma holders – Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience required.

English Language:

• C1 level English proficiency is mandatory.

• Candidates with excellent English fluency are encouraged to apply.

• C1 English assessment score is required.

Other Requirements:

• Malaysian citizens only.

• Immediate joiners only.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
