Primary Function:
Managing & ensure the NPI jobs are on schedule and provide technical supports both (externally & internally)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To review the customer drawing & prepare the DFM, if any
• To set-up system BOM
• To prepare the PWI
• Process drawing
• To work closely & to liaise with other internal departments (relate to NPI job)
• To communicate with suppliers on the plating, machining & other processes for sub-contracting
• To update the NPI status for close follow-up
• To review the FA report before shipment done
• To ensure the system is properly close

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Mechatronic / Industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in manufacturing. Preferably in metal stamping, metal fabrication.
• Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO13485 is an added advantage.
• Well skill & knowledge in Solid Work or even AutoCad.
• Positive attitude, high level of integrity, able to work with others independently.
• Ability to work under tight dateline. Conversant in English/Microsoft Excel.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• NPI: 3 years (Preferred)
• Metal Stamping: 3 years (Preferred)
