INV New Material Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a China-based company specializing in the manufacturing of lithium battery separators. We are the first lithium battery separator factory in the ASEAN region, situated at Penang Technology Park@Bertam.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic entry-level engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge and gain practical experience in a professional setting. Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in analyzing existing manufacturing or operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

• Support process optimization, standardization, and documentation (SOPs, work instructions, flowcharts)

• Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to support decision-making

• Participate in process trials, validations, and improvement projects

• Support implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives

• Assist in monitoring product and process quality to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements

• Support quality inspections, audits, and root cause analysis for non-conformances

• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation

• Support compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or industry-specific regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemistry and Polymer Materials Science Engineering, Quality Management or related field)

• Basic understanding of process engineering and quality concepts

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
