(Sr.) IT Asset Manager

The IT Asset Manager is responsible for managing BizLink’s IT assets, including software, hardware, SaaS subscriptions, vendor agreements, and ISIT contracts. The role ensures that IT assets are properly tracked, software licenses are compliant, vendors are managed, contracts are controlled, and IT costs are optimized.

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including planning, procurement, deployment, renewal, retirement, and disposal.
• Manage Software Asset Management (SAM) and ensure software license compliance.
• Manage Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and maintain accurate hardware inventory.
• Track software usage and identify unused or underused licenses.
• Support software audits and license reviews.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing, IT asset policies, vendor agreements, and internal audit requirements.
• Manage relationships with key IT vendors and service providers.
• Track IT contracts, renewals, notice periods, and commercial risks.
• Support contract negotiations with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and ISIT leadership.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities across software, hardware, cloud, and vendor contracts.
• Provide regular reports to the ISIT leadership.
