What You Will Learn & Do

Don't worry if you haven't done this before—we will train you from the ground up. In this role, you will learn how to turn social media buzz into powerful business strategies:

• Data Exploration: Learn to mine, process, and visualize data from various social media platforms.

• Play with AI: Get hands-on with latest AI tools to automate routine tasks, play with prompt engineering, and make workflows faster.

• Trend Spotting: Help craft social media analysis reports that decode what netizens are talking about and why it matters to big brands.

• System Operations: Learn the ins and outs of our proprietary social listening and KOL analysis systems.

• Brand Monitoring: Keep an eye on real-time internet trends and assist the team in spotting potential online crises early.
