Job Summary

Manage daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery that meets client expectations
Lead and motivate the salon team to achieve high performance and deliver excellent customer service
Apply comprehensive hairdressing skills to maintain consistent service quality and enhance client satisfaction
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that supports professional growth and improves client retention
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salon Manager
Experience in sales and package promotion management
Demonstrated dedication and passion for the hairdressing profession
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
