We are seeking bilingual speakers of:

• Mandarin and English
• Cantonese and English
• Taishanese and English

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Remote Over-the-Phone Interpreter, you will help people communicate accurately and confidently across language barriers. By interpreting conversations in real time, you will give individuals a voice during important moments and help ensure they receive the information, assistance, and understanding they need.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing accurate interpretation between English and your target language over the phone
• Listening carefully and communicating each speaker’s message clearly
• Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and neutrality
• Following established interpreting procedures and quality standards
• Participating in and successfully completing the fully paid training program

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, or Taishanese
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet and professional work-from-home environment
• Computer equipment suitable for remote work
• Dependability, professionalism, empathy, and willingness to learn
• Ability to complete the required paid training
