We are looking for a Thai-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our growing Forex/CFD brokerage team.

Work Model: Remote initially, with potential transition to office-based work

Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Rotational shifts | 24/6 coverage

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing professional and timely support to clients across multiple communication channels, while helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients via live chat, email, and other communication channels
• Assist with account registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and trading platform inquiries
• Investigate client issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
• Ensure timely responses in accordance with SLAs and internal procedures
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case resolutions
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve client-related issues

Mandatory Requirements

• Native or fluent Thai with good English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Previous Customer Support experience within the Forex/CFD industry
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Forex/CFD trading
• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 trading platforms
• Experience with CRM tools such as Intercom or Zendesk
• Understanding of KYC, client onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, and payment processes
• Currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Willingness to transition to an office-based role in Kuala Lumpur in the future
