Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and smooth staff coordination in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Responsibilities
Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and operational efficiency
Monitor and maintain high service quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction
Identify and resolve operational or customer issues promptly to ensure smooth service
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOP) to maintain consistency and safety
Operate cashier functions accurately to handle customer transactions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate energy, responsibility, and teamwork in a fast-paced food and beverage setting
