Position: Customer Service Manager
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Location:
6 Woodlands Industrial Park E1, Singapore 757729
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily customer service operations.
Handle customer enquiries, requests, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely responses.
Prepare quotations, service documents, and other related administrative work.
Monitor customer accounts and maintain good customer relationships.
Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints.
Support the team in scheduling collections, deliveries, and other service arrangements.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
Relevant experience in customer service or operations management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Salary:
SGD $3,300 – $5,500 per month
(adjust according to the actual approved salary)

We focus on disposing of retired IT assets such as PC, Laptop, Server, Switches, UPS, and others. We also helped companies to dispose of old furniture and electronic items.
Our company is National Environment Agency (NEA) General Waste licensed and BizSafe3 Certified.
Our affiliated company, BigVoice Secure Destruction Pte Ltd (*************) provides destruction services for electronics and non-electronics data such as Hard Disk, Tape Backup, Confidential Documents, Proprietary materials, Mobile devices such as notebooks, mobile phones, tablets, etc.
BigVoice Destructions facility can only be accessed by authorized personnel with Face Recognition ID.
BigVoice Prodigy also provides restoration work such as Reinstating office premises and removing bulky items.
