岗位职责

  • Manage daily operations, scheduling, attendance, and on-site deployment of stage performers.
  • Coordinate show programming, rehearsals, stage flow, and quality control of performances.
  • Handle recruitment, auditions, training, and daily communication with performers.
  • Liaise with stage, lighting, sound, DJ, hosting, security, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor performers' professional image, etiquette, stage presence, and code of conduct.
  • Handle on-site emergencies to ensure staff safety, order, and guest experience.
  • Manage contracts, performance agreements, payroll settlement, and personnel archives.
  • Collaborate with the company on marketing campaigns, themed events, and special holiday shows.
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s laws, venue regulations, and company policies.
