Job Summary

The Operations Manager supports the Operations Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This role assists in team leadership, revenue optimization, and guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company standards and brand expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily outlet operations to deliver smooth and efficient service aligned with company standards
• Enforce service standards, operational procedures, and company policies to maintain consistent quality
• Monitor floor operations and provide hands-on support during peak service periods to ensure operational efficiency
• Support revenue generation by executing upselling and promotional activities to increase sales
• Assist in monitoring operational costs, controlling inventory, and managing waste to optimize expenses
• Contribute to achieving outlet profitability targets through effective cost and resource management
• Supervise and guide team members to maintain high service standards and operational performance
• Assist in conducting training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge
• Support scheduling, manpower planning, and team motivation initiatives to maintain adequate staffing and engagement
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining service quality and promptly addressing guest concerns
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Foster a service-oriented culture focused on delivering memorable guest experiences
