Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea beverages according to CHAGEE’s standard operating procedures and recipes.
• Provide friendly and excellent customer service.
• Operate the cashier and handle customer orders accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at the outlet.
• Assist with daily store operations, including stock replenishment and inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Able to commit to the required working schedule.
