Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize laser and automated inspection equipment to support production requirements.
• Perform equipment setup, tool changes, parameter adjustments, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Conduct quality inspections, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor production performance and maintain accurate operational records in manufacturing systems.
• Manage materials, consumables, and inventory to ensure smooth production flow.
• Support process improvement, root cause analysis, automation initiatives, and system upgrades.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Experience in a manufacturing, automation, semiconductor, or electronics environment is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and manufacturing/production systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with chemical handling, hazardous materials, or safety certifications is an advantage.

Working Environment

• Cleanroom-based manufacturing environment.
• Fully onsite role in a manufacturing facility.
• May require working under yellow-light conditions.
• Exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies, including automated inspection systems and factory automation solutions.
