软件（高级）工程师 / Senior Software Engineer

职位要求（Qualifications）

Bachelor+ in CS/EE/Auto.

Typically 5+ years preferred software dev, 2+ yrs motion control, familiar with Larsen motion card secondary dev.

Proficient in C++/C#, strong coding standards & documentation.

Deep understanding of motion control & automation processes, able to design/optimize complex systems;

Stays updated with latest trends;

English required, Mandarin preferred (for HQ communication).

全日制本科及以上，计算机、电子、自动化等相关专业。

5年以上软件开发，2年以上运动控制，熟悉雷赛运控卡二次开发。

精通C++/C#，代码规范好，文档能力强。

深入理解运动控制与自动化流程，能独立设计优化复杂系统，关注新技术，中英双语工作。

岗位职责（Responsibilities）

Develop automation software: motion control, low‑level device control, GUI, system process.

Participate in requirement analysis, architecture design, determine design plan, code & debug per schedule, follow standards & write docs.

Provide on‑site debugging support and fault diagnosis.

负责自动化设备软件开发，涵盖运动控制、底层控制、GUI及整机流程。

参与需求分析、架构设计，制定设计方案并按进度完成编码调试，遵循规范编写文档。

提供现场调试支持和故障排查
