岗位职责
Oversee BIM processes and design coordination for construction projects.
Coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEP and specialist subcontractor drawings to identify and resolve design clashes.
Review shop drawings, as-built drawings, project specifications and technical submissions.
Manage drawing and sample submission schedules in line with project and procurement timelines.
Coordinate consultant drawing distribution, submissions and approval processes.
Lead technical meetings with consultants, authorities, subcontractors and internal project teams.
Ensure BIM models and project documentation meet quality, contractual and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical coordination support to the project team and assist with design-related variation claims.
Improve digital workflows, BIM standards and coordination processes to reduce rework and delays.
