• Oversee engineering and design management throughout the construction project lifecycle.

• Ensure engineering deliverables meet project schedules, budgets, quality standards and statutory requirements.

• Manage multidisciplinary design coordination across Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP disciplines.

• Review technical documents, drawings, method statements and design changes, ensuring timely approvals.

• Lead BIM coordination and resolve technical issues that may affect construction progress.

• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and procurement teams to ensure effective project delivery.

• Monitor engineering risks, quality performance and coordination issues to minimise delays and rework.

• Lead and develop engineering teams while providing technical advice and progress updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Degree or Master's in Civil, Structural or a related engineering discipline.

• 12–15 years of relevant construction experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial position.

• Strong leadership and experience overseeing engineering teams on major construction projects.
