Medora is a casual dining restaurant led by Chef Vicky Cheng, the Michelin-starred chef-owner of VEA and WING. True to its name, the concept draws inspiration from his family, featuring dishes designed for sharing, with the aim of creating the perfect setting for all types of gatherings.

Join Our Dining Team – Captain & Server

We are seeking enthusiastic and versatile individuals to join our restaurant team as. This is a multi‑task role where you will contribute across different service areas to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:
Bartender: Prepare and serve cocktails with consistency and creativity.

Barista: Craft coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with latte art.

Floor Service: Assist to do floor services.

Takeaway Counter: Handle customer orders efficiently, ensure accurate packaging, and provide friendly service for takeaway guests.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations.

Provide good customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:
At least 1-2 year of relevant experience in floor operations, cocktails and latte art making within F&B service is preferred.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to good customer service.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced dining environment.

Positive attitude and team spirit.

We offer an attractive salary & benefits:
Annual leave - up to a maximum of 18 days in total;

8 days off per month;
