• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Operations, Cloud Service Operations or Cloud Vendor Operations.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or business information system education background. CGPA of 3.5 or above.

• Experience with Alibaba Cloud or AWS is highly preferred.

• Candidates from cloud vendors, cloud service providers, cloud resellers, distributors or relevant technology partners are encouraged to apply.

• IT-related academic or professional background.

• Good understanding of cloud services and cloud account operations.

• Experience working with cloud vendor policies, account procedures or operational processes will be an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

• Comfortable performing repetitive and process-driven operational tasks.

• Good customer service and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin, as well as English.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

• Candidates should demonstrate good performance in their current/previous role, preferably with an A or B+ performance rating.

Cloud Account Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations of customer cloud accounts.

• Set up and activate new customer accounts according to established procedures.

• Handle account invitations, activation, freezing and unfreezing requests.

• Manage cloud service quotas and account-related settings.

• Monitor account status and ensure operational requirements are completed accurately and on time.

• Follow cloud vendor policies, procedures and operational guidelines.

Customer & Service Operations

• Respond to customer operational requests and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with internal teams and cloud vendors to resolve account and service-related issues.

• Review customer requirements and ensure the appropriate operational actions are completed.

• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, requests and operational activities.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal or vendor teams.

Contract & Billing Operations

• Review customer contracts and ensure operational requirements are aligned with agreed terms.

• Monitor cloud billing-related information, invoices and prepaid account balances.

• Track customer top-ups and perform balance adjustments where required.

• Identify and follow up on billing discrepancies or account-related issues.

• Coordinate with Finance and other internal teams on billing and payment-related matters.

Process & Compliance

• Ensure all operational activities comply with company and cloud vendor policies.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for operational transactions.

• Follow established SOPs and contribute to improving operational processes.

• Ensure tasks are completed accurately within the required timelines and service standards.
