We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our Human Resources team in Singapore. You will support the smooth delivery of HR operations, ensuring accurate processes, compliant records and a positive employee experience. Job Description

Administer end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, contracts, and offboarding, in line with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
Support payroll, leave, benefits and CPF-related processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
Maintain HR systems and prepare regular reports and documentation to support decision-making by the HR team and business leaders.
Respond to employee queries professionally, and collaborate with colleagues to improve HR processes and service delivery.

Job Requirements

Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF and MOM requirements is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office and willingness to work in a multicultural team.
