  • Strategic Execution: Translate board and CEO directives into actionable operational goals for all company departments.
  • Operations & Resource Management: Direct daily workflows, manage budgets, track financial statements, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Leadership & Team Oversight: Hire, mentor, and lead department heads, managers, and senior executives to build a high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder & External Relations: Act as a key representative in high-level negotiations, client partnerships, and communications with investors or regulators.
