We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. You will work closely with our design, production and sales teams to create artwork for T-shirts, uniforms, corporate merchandise, event products, printing materials and social media.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved from initial design concepts through to final artwork and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphic designs and artwork for T-shirts, uniforms, tote bags and other merchandise.
• Develop artwork based on customer requirements, briefs and existing brand guidelines.
• Prepare artwork for various printing methods including silkscreen, DTF, heat transfer and embroidery.
• Resize, modify and adapt artwork for different products and applications.
• Prepare print-ready files and ensure artwork meets production requirements.
• Create simple mockups and visual presentations for customers.
• Assist with social media graphics, promotional materials, posters and advertisements.
• Make revisions based on customer feedback and internal requirements.
• Communicate with the sales and production teams to ensure designs are practical for production.
• Organise and maintain design files, artwork and project folders.
• Assist with photography, product mockups and basic video/content creation when required.
• Stay updated with current graphic design, fashion, apparel and social media trends.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of typography, layout, colour and composition.
• Basic knowledge of preparing artwork for printing.
• Creative, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to take direction and work independently when required.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with apparel, printing or merchandise design is an advantage.

Skills & Experience That Would Be an Advantage

• Experience designing T-shirts or apparel.
• Knowledge of DTF, silkscreen, embroidery and heat-transfer printing.
• Understanding of colour separation and print limitations.
• Experience creating social media content.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar software.
• Knowledge of AI design tools and generative AI is a plus.
• Good understanding of current streetwear, fashion and merchandise trends.
