Job Description:

• Maintain the company’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) management system.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws, ISO standards and company requirements.
• Prepare HSEQ documents, risk assessments and tender submissions.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Arrange safety training and maintain training records.
• Prepare HSEQ reports, statistics and KPI reports.
• Organise monthly HSE meetings and follow up on action items.
• Maintain safety records, permits and certifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and project teams on HSEQ matters.
• Monitor safety performance and support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HSEQ experience.
• Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and risk assessments.
• Experience in audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Good documentation, reporting and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• WSH or ISO Auditor certifications are an advantage.
• Marine or offshore experience is an advantage.
