Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to support SAP project implementations and deliver Finance and Controlling solutions for clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for functional design, business process consulting, and end-to-end project delivery. This role also involves conducting client workshops, advising on SAP S/4HANA transformation, and supporting pre-sales activities.

Candidates should have strong SAP FI/CO expertise, hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, and excellent client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Design: Lead business process analysis and functional design for SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) implementations.

• Client Consulting: Conduct workshops to understand business requirements, assess existing processes, and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.

• S/4HANA Transformation: Advise clients on SAP S/4HANA feasibility, implementation approaches, and business process improvements.

• Project Delivery: Drive end-to-end project activities, ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards across the Asia-Pacific region.

• Cross-Module Integration: Ensure effective integration between SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules, including MM, SD, and PP.

• Pre-Sales Support: Participate in client presentations, solution discussions, proposal development, and other pre-sales activities.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, project teams, and regional stakeholders to deliver successful SAP solutions.

• Team Leadership: Depending on experience and seniority, provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and support project coordination.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).

• Mandatory hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

• Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO business processes and integration with other SAP modules.

• Experience in functional design, business requirements gathering, and client-facing consulting.

• Knowledge of ABAP programming or debugging is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Experience supporting pre-sales activities or leading project teams is an advantage, particularly for Manager-level candidates.
