Department: Sales Centre
In this position, you will:
  • Lead the planning and development of digital capabilities for physical channels, defining system strategies and functional requirements to support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Spearhead channel digitalization and AI transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline operations, improve process efficiency, and enhance decision-making through innovative technology solutions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of channel business systems, including operational support, issue resolution, enhancements, testing, and production releases, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including business units and IT teams, to deliver strategic technology initiatives and foster continuous innovation across channel operations.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above; a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields is preferred.
  • 6+ years of work experience; experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
  • Familiar with channel operation management processes; experience in system requirements management and project management is required. Experience with AI or digital-intelligent transformation projects is preferred.
  • Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, as well as team management capabilities. Proficient in office software and project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented, innovative, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure.
