Randstad has recently partnered with one of the global HR technology that specialises in end to end workforce management solutions. They are currently expanding their sales team in Kuala Lumpur and looking to hire a Business Development Manager.

about the job

• Generate new enterprise opportunities via proactive hunting, networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic channel partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end sales engagements-discovery, solution positioning, RFP/RFI responses, commercial pricing negotiations, and contract closure.
• Partner with Solution Consulting, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to structure winning client proposals and transition deals smoothly.
• Coordinate with regional teams on multi-country opportunities involving Malaysian entities.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline reports and track competitor moves, HR tech innovations, and Malaysian workforce trends.

about the manager/team
Fast pace environment and growing business in the region.

about the requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 to 8 years in enterprise B2B sales within HRMS, HCM, Payroll Software/Outsourcing, or EOR.
• Proven history of hunting and closing new enterprise logos in Malaysia with consistent quota attainment.
• Direct SaaS HR tech / EOR sales experience.
• Open to candidates selling customisable ERP solutions to mid market or enterprise level clients.
• Existing network of enterprise HR & Finance decision-makers in Malaysia.
• Familiarity with major HCM ecosystems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
