About the Roles

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a company in the wholesale industry, based in Pasir Panjang. This permanent position follows a 5.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) and Saturday (8:30 AM – 1:00 PM). The remuneration package includes a basic salary and variable bonus (VB).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain building equipment, including HVAC, fire protection systems, plumbing, lighting and generators.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure facility equipment operates efficiently.
• Diagnose equipment faults and report any defects or operational irregularities.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and address maintenance requests promptly.
• Liaise with contractors to arrange equipment repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Perform maintenance works across the company's properties.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and organise service reports from service providers.
• Monitor and update inventory records for maintenance spare parts and consumables.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum NTC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
• Practical experience in basic electrical maintenance and repair works.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
