Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer

Location: Singapore

Experience: 10–12 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultants and Developers to design, develop, configure, and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Candidates should have strong hands-on platform development experience, JavaScript proficiency, and expertise in at least one ServiceNow module, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC/IRM, or App Engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements and platform best practices.
• Develop and customize platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Glide APIs.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration tools.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions in collaboration with business analysts, architects, and clients.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration designs, effort estimates, and development deliverables.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and communicate project progress, risks, and technical updates.
• For ITOM roles, manage Discovery, MID Servers, CMDB configuration, Service Mapping, credential management, and Event Management.
• At Senior/Lead level, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, lead client workshops, contribute to solution architecture, and support pre-sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and technical consulting.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Glide APIs.
• Hands-on experience in at least one ServiceNow module: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, FSM, SPM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, App Engine, or Now Assist/Agentic AI.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Knowledge of IntegrationHub and MID Server capabilities.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and ServiceNow platform best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in technical design, estimation, and client-facing delivery.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required or actively pursuing where applicable.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in the primary module – Required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required at Senior Technical Consultant level.
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
• Additional ServiceNow CIS certifications are an advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
