• Spearhead relationship management initiatives to originate new institutional clients and expand existing bilateral accounts.
• Evaluate organizational financial statements, perform in-depth risk assessments, and establish robust credit structures.
• Structure and negotiate documentation for credit facilities, cross-border trade transactions, and syndicated arrangements alongside legal counsel.
• Oversee transaction monitoring and guide account compliance to maintain strict adherence to internal credit limits and statutory requirements.
• Design tailored financing mechanisms and cross-sell comprehensive institutional banking services across regional business lines.

skills and experience required.

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Has a proven track record in institutional relationship management, bilateral lending, and complex trade financing structures.
• Deep technical familiarity with international trade guidelines, credit evaluation methodologies, and regulatory onboarding standards.
• Strong capability to structure tailored transaction solutions and negotiate multi-party credit agreements effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, commercial communication, and collaborative stakeholder management abilities.
