1. Daily Outlet Operations

* Assist in managing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

* Learn and perform cashiering, food preparation and kitchen operations.

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.

* Assist with outlet opening and closing procedures.

* Maintain cleanliness, equipment and operational readiness.

2. Staff Management & Training

* Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring and manpower arrangements.

* Train and guide employees on operational procedures and service standards.

* Monitor staff performance, productivity and discipline.

* Help resolve operational issues and encourage teamwork.

3. Inventory & Cost Control

* Monitor stock levels and coordinate ingredient ordering.

* Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.

* Minimise food wastage and control food costs.

* Check supplier deliveries, invoices and product quality.

4. Sales & Business Performance

* Monitor daily and monthly sales performance.

* Assist management in achieving outlet sales targets.

* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

* Analyse customer feedback and recommend improvements.

* Support promotional activities and new product launches.

5. Customer Service

* Ensure customers receive friendly and professional service.

* Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service recovery.

* Maintain consistent food quality and service standards.

6. Management Reporting

* Prepare daily operational updates and sales reports.

* Report staffing, maintenance and food safety issues to management.

* Assist with outlet inspections, internal audits and compliance checks.

* Support management in implementing new policies and operational improvements.
