Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure smooth service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
Lead and supervise service crew and restaurant staff.
Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
Manage staff duties, work schedules and daily operations.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service issues professionally.
Monitor food and beverage preparation and service.
Ensure cleanliness, food safety and workplace safety standards are maintained.
Monitor inventory, stock levels and minimize wastage.
Assist with ordering of food supplies and other restaurant materials.
Train and guide new and existing staff.
Ensure company policies and standard operating procedures are followed.
Assist the management with administrative and operational matters.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant experience in restaurant / F&B operations.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to lead and motivate a team.
Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, mature and able to work independently.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
