Our client is is a global leader in factory automation and material handling systems. They specialize in end-to-end consulting, engineering, system design, software integration, installation, and long-term maintenance support for automated logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing lines.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure QC activities comply with established procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Oversee inspection plans, checklists, specifications, and overall quality performance.
• Analyze quality trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and failures.
• Work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Support NPI, process validation, and improvement projects, particularly for high-defect or failure areas.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and other quality tools.
• Ensure compliance with relevant management systems and industry codes of conduct.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience within EMS, electronics, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and RBA Code of Conduct.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.
