EINC Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic Sales Executive to join their team in Singapore, focusing on lighting products and solutions. Training and career growth opportunities are provided.
Job Summary
You will meet customers, develop new business opportunities, follow up on lighting projects, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Visit and meet customers regularly to understand their lighting needs and promote products
Develop new customers and identify business opportunities to expand market reach
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects to ensure timely progress
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support repeat business
Introduce and recommend suitable lighting products and solutions based on customer requirements
Conduct site visits and customer meetings to assess project needs and provide solutions
Follow up on project and tender opportunities to secure new contracts
Collaborate closely with internal teams on quotations and product selections to meet customer specifications
Maintain regular follow-up with customers until project award to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve individual sales targets through effective customer engagement and project management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in sales is an advantage but not required
Experience in lighting, electrical, construction, building materials, or interior industry is an advantage but not required
Basic computer skills to manage sales documentation and communication
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow up consistently
Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
Willingness to perform sales activities
