We are seeking an organized, fast-moving Project Officer to join our growing Insurtech team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our insurance domain experts and tech delivery teams—supporting end-to-end execution of digital insurance products, API integrations, and process automation. You will ensure key milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with industry regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tracking timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across software development lifecycle
• Facilitate technical teams in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Coordinate daily workflows between internal business units and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital or IT projects
• Assist in preparing projects progress and analytic reports to the management; Provide administrative support to the team in day-to-day operations

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–5 years relevant experience- preferably in Fintech, Insurtech or SaaS environments.
• Basic understanding of digital insurance workflows is a plus.
• Vendor/SI experience highly preferred
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent organization, clear written and verbal communication, and sharp analytical problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility

• 5-day working week
• Double pay
