Enjoy connecting with people and building professional relationships? Join our financial advisory team as a Business Development Associate and support the team in reaching potential clients, developing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships.

Your responsibilities -

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
• Conduct outreach and follow up with prospective clients and leads.
• Assist with coordinating client appointments and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Support the team in business development and client engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and client interactions.

Who we’re looking for -

• Minimum Diploma from a local polytechnic or equivalent/higher qualification.
• Friendly, professional and confident communicating with people.
• Interested in building a career in financial advisory, with opportunities to progress into leadership.
• Proactive and comfortable reaching out to and engaging with potential clients.
• Organised and able to manage multiple client follow-ups.
