• Position: Finance Manager, Corporate Planning / Strategy Support
• Location: Bukit Batok
• Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - 8.30AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $10,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days of Annual leave
• Duration: Perm
• Industry: ACMV

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead debt, equity, and structured financing activities for business and strategic projects
• Build and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies
• Support M&A, joint ventures, disposals, and other corporate development initiatives
• Prepare financial models, valuations, due diligence, and investment appraisals
• Monitor capital structure, liquidity, cash flow, and funding efficiency
• Provide management with recommendations on fundraising, capital allocation, and investments
• Prepare financing proposals, investor presentations, and board papers
• Track market trends and regulatory changes to identify financing opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CA is an advantage
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, capital markets, investment banking, or treasury
• Proven experience in fundraising, debt/equity financing, or M&A transactions
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
