Responsibilities
Deliver nursing care and administrative support at frontline reception and clinical areas to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery
Administer blood draws and intravenous (IV) therapy safely and accurately to support diagnostic and treatment procedures
Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation to comply with clinical standards and facilitate continuity of care
Communicate clearly with patients by explaining procedures and providing health education to promote understanding and cooperation
Required competencies and certifications
Current registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as a Registered Nurse (RN) or hold an equivalent professional nursing qualification
Minimum 2-3 years of recent nursing experience in outpatient clinic or general practitioner (GP) settings
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Additional qualifications in phlebotomy or clinical assessment to enhance clinical skills and patient care capabilities
