Job Summary

You will manage data entry and inventory records, update product prices and sales daily, maintain stock accuracy, support social media content updates, and perform general store duties to ensure smooth retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update stock and inventory records accurately to maintain current data
• Update product prices daily to reflect current pricing
• Record daily sales and purchase transactions to track store performance
• Log stock movement in and out to ensure accurate inventory control
• Review and verify stock records for consistency and accuracy
• Use computer skills to perform data entry and manage digital records efficiently
• Apply basic Excel and spreadsheet functions to organize and analyze data
• Update social media platforms by uploading product photos to enhance online presence
• Assist in creating simple social media posts to engage customers
• Perform other general store duties as assigned to support daily operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Basic computer knowledge to operate store systems and software
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Responsibility and organizational skills to manage tasks effectively
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to store needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic social media knowledge to support online marketing efforts

Working Hours:

• Full-time, 10 am to 7 pm, 5-day workweek
