We are looking for a talented Multimedia Designer / Senior Multimedia Designer who thrives in a young, playful, and fast-paced environment. Here, any crazy idea is welcomed—we want someone with a strong visual voice, ready to push creative boundaries and take our integrated campaigns to the next level.
Job Description:
Collaborate directly with the Copy-based Creative Director from initial brainstorming to final presentation on pitch-winning ideas.
Develop strong visual concepts and aesthetic directions (ATL, BTL, digital, and integrated campaigns).
Create visual and experiential designs for digital/interactive exhibitions and physical brand activations.
Utilize and monitor AI visual generation tools to optimize output quality and production efficiency.
Work seamlessly with Account Servicing, Digital Strategists, In-house Film Directors, and external production teams to bring big-brand campaigns to life.
Maintain high craftsmanship, ensuring all design deliverables meet timeline and brand standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related disciplines.
3-5+ years of agency or creative industry experience. (Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Multimedia Designer).
Strong portfolio showing storytelling ability, high-end art direction, and campaign integration. Experience in interactive/exhibition design is a plus.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in AI design/prompting tools is a strong asset.
Solid presentation skills; able to pitch visual directions confidently to clients.
Experience with public sector or government campaigns is a distinct advantage.
