This is a one year contract position attached to a Community Club. Location: Bishan area

Job Scope

-Provide support and co-ordination for the Task Force 

-Liaise with different Grassroots Organisations (GROs) on the initiatives identified by the Task Force

-Assist in the planning and execution of the initiatives by the Task Force

-Attend Task Force meeting(s)

-Administrative work such as data entry and compilation of statistics

-Attending to phone and walk-in enquiries over the counter

-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

-Experience working in a service oriented environment preferred

-IT savvy (MS Office)

Working Hours

Monday to Sunday: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend, either Saturday or Sunday (5 day work week)

AM shift: 9am to 6pm

PM shift: 1pm to 10pm
