Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 0–3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, or similar roles.

Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications, brand management, and digital marketing strategies.

Experience in managing social media platforms, content planning, and digital campaign execution.

Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and online performance optimization.

Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mindset with good attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

Manage and grow the company's social media platforms through content planning, copywriting, community engagement, and KOL/influencer collaborations.

Manage and optimize the company's e-store, including product listings, content updates, SEO optimization, and performance improvements to drive traffic and conversions.

Assist in planning and hosting social media live sessions, or provide operational support for live commerce activities when required.

Coordinate marketing events, retail activations, promotional campaigns, and brand partnerships.

Liaise with internal departments, agencies, media, vendors, and business partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Support daily marketing operations and administrative tasks to ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives.
