Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: $2,500-$3,300/month
About the Role:
We're seeking an dedicated professional to drive the company's Electrical Vehicle operations end-to-end. You'll manage the complete customer journey from inquiry to project execution, ensure regulatory compliance with Land Transportation Authority (LTA) or Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW), and support revenue growth through lead management.
Key Responsibilities:
Own EV operations: client enquiries, site assessments, proposals, installations, and performance monitoring
Manage regulatory compliance: LEW submissions, LTA incident/monthly reports, SP Group coordination, documentation
Monitor company's EV Charging platform and system performance; manage app subscriptions
Lead customer engagement: client calls, presentations, feedback management, relationship building
Handle business development: process enquiries via email/phone/chatbot across EV, solar, and electricity services
Convert leads into opportunities through internal coordination
Deliver weekly EV reporting on revenue, pipeline, operations, and action plans
Take full accountability for EV performance outcomes
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent administrative and coordination capabilities
Process improvement mindset—thinking beyond scope
Fast learner (EV experience not required; training provided)
Collaborative team player
Work Environment:
Primarily desk-based with occasional site visits. Standard office hours (Monday-Friday); ad-hoc project and after-hours phone support as needed. Travel allowance provided.
