Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Prior experience in a service desk or help desk environment is preferred.
• Understanding of data privacy and security practices; exposure to healthcare or HIPAA-compliant environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant IT certifications or coursework (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are beneficial.
