Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

• Create and schedule social media content that matches brand tone and campaign goals.
• Support development of email campaigns and basic creatives for digital adverts.
• Coordinate with designers and copywriters to deliver assets on time.
• Manage daily posting and basic community replies to keep channels active.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance using platform insights and Google Analytics basics.
• Compile simple weekly reports that show traffic, engagement, and leads.
• Recommend small optimisations based on data to improve results over time.
• Maintain campaign trackers and asset libraries for team reuse.

Stakeholder Support

• Work closely with sales to prepare materials and follow up on lead information.
• Help manage vendor relationships for small paid campaigns and promotions.
• Assist with event promotion tasks and logistics when needed.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and update the team on progress regularly.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or 0 years formal work experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Portfolio links, class projects, or examples of social posts or campaigns are a plus.
• Willingness to learn fast, accept feedback, and adapt to changing priorities.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of social platforms, content scheduling, and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or platform insights for monitoring simple metrics.
• Comfort using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and basic image tools like Canva.
• Ability to write clear short-form copy suitable for social and email.
