• Understand clients’ HR needs and identify suitable service opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals to convert prospects into clients.
• Arrange client meetings and coordinate discussions with the consultancy team.
• Maintain sales records and work towards agreed business development targets.
