Role Purpose

The Senior Adviser Technical Coordination is responsible for driving regional readiness, stakeholder coordination and third party engagement activities supporting the Modern ERP Program.

The role acts as the primary program delivery teams, testing teams, technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners, ensuring all parties are prepared to support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness and cutover activities.

Operating as part of the Modern ERP Regional Hub in Singapore, the position maintains a consolidated view of readiness across business, technical and third party stakeholders, identifies risks and dependencies, facilitates resolution of cross functional issues and provides confidence assessments to program leadership.

The role combines test readiness, third party coordination, stakeholder engagement and delivery assurance, with particular focus on execution readiness across complex integration landscapes and external partner ecosystems.

As the primary liaison between Singapore based stakeholders, technical teams and global delivery teams, the role provides critical regional coordination throughout testing and deployment phases.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Readiness & Testing Coordination

  • Coordinate regional readiness activities supporting SIT, UAT, deployment rehearsals and cutover.
  • Facilitate readiness assessments across technical, business and vendor stakeholder groups.
  • Identify and manage readiness risks, constraints and dependencies.
  • Establish and maintain regional readiness plans, trackers and reporting.
  • Facilitate readiness reviews, workshops and governance forums.
  • Support validation of testing phase entry and exit criteria.
  • Provide readiness reporting, recommendations and confidence assessments to program leadership.

Third Party Engagement & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as the primary coordination point for third party vendors and external stakeholders participating in testing and deployment activities.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, readiness reviews and participation planning.
  • Validate vendor availability, support arrangements and escalation pathways.
  • Maintain a consolidated view of third party readiness across the region.
  • Facilitate issue resolution involving vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Escalate risks, constraints and participation concerns with practical recommendations and mitigation options.

Program & Delivery Alignment

Assurance & Governance Support

  • Support readiness governance and assurance processes.
  • Review and validate readiness evidence and supporting artefacts.
  • Identify gaps, risks and control weaknesses impacting delivery confidence.
  • Provide independent challenge where readiness claims are unsupported or incomplete.
  • Contribute to governance reporting, executive updates and readiness dashboards.
  • Support program assurance and quality gate assessments across the testing lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Business Process Owners, Business SMEs, technical teams, program leadership, third party vendors, external partners and customer representatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, readiness reviews and stakeholder meetings.
  • Support executive engagement and regional governance activities where required.
  • Act as a key regional point of coordination between Singapore stakeholders and global program teams.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 7 years' experience supporting large scale technology or business transformation programs.
  • Experience coordinating testing, readiness, deployment or operational transition activities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder environments involving internal and external parties.
  • Strong planning, dependency management and risk management capability.
  • Experience coordinating third party vendors and external service providers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and cross functional discussions.
  • Ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Experience supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Understanding of enterprise integration landscapes and third party system dependencies.
  • Experience working with major System Integrators and global delivery teams.
  • Exposure to deployment readiness, cutover planning and hypercare activities.
  • Experience operating within large, complex and globally distributed organisations.
